We work with the vendors, such as the DJ or Band and let them know what we are doing so that they can announce accordingly. We will assist the bride and groom with any details or changes. We work with the caterers to make sure the food is prepared perfectly. Our role is to maintain the flow of the wedding and reception and make sure that the bride and groom have time with their guests. After all, this is your special moment!
